Heated Fusion incorporates breath- synchronized movement as you flow through the 26 traditional postures of Bikram yoga combined with Power yoga. The room combines heat and humidity to increase blood flow and release toxins from your organ systems. Heated Fusion Yoga focuses on building strength, endurance and alignment. Each class is heated at 90 degrees and is accompanied by music, incense and or candles.
Ashtanga yoga, the eight-limb path is an ancient practice that follows a predetermined order of movements with roots in Vinyasa.
Synchronizing breath and posture creates a meditative and purifying style of yoga. In a led group class the instructor will call out the posture and students move and breath in unison.
A vinyasa style flow class that uses traditional yoga poses with the addition of the hammock to add an extra element of stretch, balance, and challenge. We will also explore inversions in the hammock to decompress the spine and have fun. Great for all levels of yogis.
At the heart of Zen practice is Zazen a form of sitting meditation. In Zazen the Practitioner remains aware of his/her posture, body and breath in the present moment. This simple method calms the mind and helps the practitioner physically. Sitting without expectation and experiencing the reality of here and now is the essence of Zazen.

Each level of class is a 4 week series that will cover basic footwork on1, partner dynamics, technique, styling and progress to fun, dynamic patterns and combinations. No partner is necessary.
A Middle Eastern fusion class great for all levels from beginner to advanced. We will explore body isolations, dance moves, choreography, and free dance.
